Membrane Skinning<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n Is the removal of tissue that surrounds most of the meat cuts, such as cows, sheep, and pork. Must have a high yield with low waste. All skinning shoe for MEAT is equipped with a Blade Holder.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Toothed roller<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n The toothed roller must be chosen according to the aggressiveness and the method of skinning.<\/p>\n\n\n\n The number of teeth doesn\u2019t change the diameter of the toothed roller.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Number of teeth<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n The difference is the distance and depth of the teeth on the toothed roller.
